Biographie

Santosh Srinivas received his Ph.D. in Management from the McCombs School of Business, the University of Texas at Austin. His research interests include power, social evaluations, cognition, and language. In his dissertation, he explored gender differences in the justifications entrepreneurs use in their crowdfunding pitches. His work has appeared in the Academy of Management AnnalsJournal of ManagementJournal of Organizational BehaviorResearch in the Sociology of Organizations, and Oxford Handbook of Management. He serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for the Academy of Management PerspectivesInformation Systems ResearchStrategy Science, and Journal of Management Inquiry, and is a member of the Academy of Management.
