Biographie

Les recherches actuelles de Mathis Schulte portent sur la compréhension de la création des réseaux sociaux au sein des organisations et leurs effets sur la satisfaction des salariés, le service client et la performance financière. Ses recherches ont été publiées dans le Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology et le Journal of Applied Psychology.

Avant de rejoindre HEC en 2009, Mathis Schulte faisait partie du corps enseignant de Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, à Philadelphie et y enseignait la négociation et la résolution de conflits. Il est titulaire d'un Master spécialisé en Psychologie de l'université de Hambourg et a obtenu son Doctorat en Psychologie Sociale-Organisationnelle en 2008 à l'université de Columbia à New York.
