HEC Stand Up offers free support to all women who want to start their own business, whatever their age, background or social horizon...

Our aim is to help women turn an idea into a business, quickly and pragmatically (without a business plan!).

HEC Stand Up means :

A dual digital and face-to-face training program, so you can follow the course at your own pace.
Debunking entrepreneurial myths and working on an essential resource: yourself.
A highly motivated, close-knit community

Objectives

HEC Stand Up is based on the school's 10 years of experience and academic excellence, and aims to:

Develop self-confidence, overcome obstacles (lack of knowledge, resources, network, etc.)

Structuring your business idea and testing it on the market

Learn the basics (pitch, negotiation...) to launch your business quickly, without unnecessary costs

Programme

Launched in 2018, HEC Stand Up is a program of HEC Social Entrepreneurship Center. With support focused on "business" skills and soft skills, it enables participants to embark on their entrepreneurial adventure with peace of mind. HEC Stand Up has also shown a positive impact on the employability of women wishing to return to work at the end of the program.

Lasting a total of 10 weeks, the program consists of three modules, at the end of which participants receive a "HEC Stand Up" certificate:

“CHANGE” (online)

8 hours of videos and webinars to develop and assert your entrepreneurial stance

“ACT” (online)

4 weeks in the field to test your idea against market reality, meeting potential customers and users.

“CREATE” (on site)

 A 4-day group session to summarize what you've learned about launching a business and how to put it into practice.

At the end of the session, participants receive an HEC Stand Up certificate.

Who can join?

There are no pre-requisites for joining HEC Stand Up. All you need is :

Being a woman (whatever your background, current situation, age...)
Have a project in the early stages (idea, start-up) or a business already up and running but not yet generating enough income.
Want to join a community of over 900 determined women entrepreneurs, who interact with each other on business news, opportunities, advice and difficulties! A collective of women who support each other by taking action.
