Admissions

Applications for the Summer 2025 edition will open in March 2025. Pre-registered candidates will be invited to submit their application at their earliest convenience. 

Places will be allocated on a rolling basis for eligible applicants who will be informed of decisions within 3 weeks of submitting their application. Families will then have 14 days to confirm their place and pay their tuition fees. 

We recommend you pre-register your interest to be alerted when applications open.

The application occurs online. 

All applications should be prepared by the student with the agreement of the parent/ legal guardian.

Application requirements:

• Short essay questions
• Most recent school report (academic transcript)
• Justification of English fluency (this can be an official recognized test such as Cambridge, IELTS, TOIEC, TOEFL or the Duolingo Online English Test. It may also be a letter of recommendation from your English teacher, indicating your CEFR level overall and specifically in Speaking and Listening)
• €30 application fee payable online

Upon admission, a series of documents will be required before program commencement.

These include, but are not limited to, the following: parental authorization, medical form.

Participants will also be required to obtain insurance for the duration of their stay at HEC Paris. Insurance should include medical and repatriation coverage as well as personal liability.
