Program overview

Dedicated to HEC Stand Up certified entrepreneurs, HEC Up is a growth program that supports women in scaling their businesses.

HEC Up provides an outstanding pathway with training in sales and business strategy, themed workshops, personalized mentoring from an HEC advisor, and a strong community of like-minded entrepreneurs!

Objectives

No clients, no business! Commercial expertise is THE essential skill to develop to ensure the sustainability of your business and your financial independence.

The HEC Up program is free for participants and extends the HEC Stand Up initiative, fostering cross-learning, ongoing support, and mentorship for all involved.

With a practical program focused on commercial development, HEC Up enables you to:

✔ Grow your sales (personal goals set at the start of the program)

✔ Develop your business skills

✔ Get your business ready for growth

✔ Strengthen your leadership as a business owner

Program

Launched in 2023, HEC Up is a program from the HEC Paris Social Entrepreneurship Center.

HEC Up offers a journey that is both individual and collective, with a focus on achieving growth:

DIGITAL PATHWAY

Online modules featuring videos, practical exercises, and resources for:

Rethinking the prerequisites for building an effective sales strategy (defining your target, your offer’s added value, the buying journey...)
Evaluating your sales skills, analyzing your results, and undergoing training for greater success
Defining and implementing a sales strategy that promises optimal growth

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT

Mentorship with an expert from the HEC community to guide you, answer your questions, and help you overcome obstacles (individual and small group sessions)
"Office Hours" sessions with experts to get trained in accounting

A COLLECTIVE ADVENTURE

Collective webinars on topics such as networking, time management, and prospecting.
A supportive community of women, so you never feel alone in your entrepreneurial journey.

All you need to know about the program

Who can join?

To apply to HEC Up, you need to:

Be a woman entrepreneur certified by HEC Stand Up
Have an offering that has worked for 4-5 different clients, even if it’s not yet perfect
Dedicate at least 80% of your time to your project
Want to join a community of over 900 determined entrepreneurs who engage with each other on business topics, current events, opportunities, advice, and challenges. It’s a collective of women who support each other through action!
