Biography

An Associate Professor at HEC Paris, Anne Frisch teaches finance, strategy, and management control to Master’s students and in executive programs.

 

She served as a Chief Financial Officer and senior executive for 30 years in the industrial and energy sectors, at companies like Suez, Rio Tinto, and Solvay. In these high-capital-intensive technological activities, she guided her teams and colleagues through profound transformations and multiple crises.

 

An expert in sustainable finance and business performance management, Anne integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors and sustainability into all her courses.

 

She firmly believes that corporations play a pivotal role in the transition towards a low-carbon economy, emphasizing the importance of cultivating human capital as well as preserving natural resources and ecosystems. Anne's teaching approach is dynamic and educational, blending business games and simulations with academic content. 

Anne is an Alumni from HEC Paris.
