We help you chose the option which suits you best: a solution for each profile.

You need to visit the website www.moncompteformation.gouv.fr. To create an account, your social security number is sufficient. You can check your training rights there, which are displayed as an amount in euros.
The CPF is available to anyone aged at least 16 as soon as they enter working life. It closes when the holder claims their retirement rights for all the schemes they are affiliated with.
To submit your request, you must log in to the "Mon Compte Formation" website to generate your application and check your CPF balance.

Since May 2, 2024, a remaining charge of €102.23 must be paid on the website if you do not receive additional funding from your company or France Travail.

It is advisable to submit a CPF request only after your admission has been confirmed by our teams.

  • Yourself,
  • Additional funding from France Travail: For job seekers, after sending your quote request to the training organization.
  • Employer support: Some employers may contribute to the financing of your training before submitting your quote request to the training organization. You will have the option to "request financial assistance from my employer."

The employer can top up employees' accounts on the Business and Funders Space ("Edef")
They must first register on www.net-entreprises.fr.

If you have worked less than half-time throughout the year: your rights are calculated pro rata based on your activity. This means that the amount paid into your CPF is equal to your annual percentage of time worked multiplied by €500.

My CPF account is capped at €5,000 or €8,000 depending on my situation (qualification or disability status).

Provided you can justify it, expenses incurred for obtaining a diploma or qualification can be deducted as real expenses, as long as you are an active employee or a job seeker registered with the relevant service, and these expenses are incurred to improve your professional situation or access another profession.

Examples of other deductible expenses under real expenses:

  • business travel expenses,
  • professional documentation expenses,
  • meal expenses …

In agreement with your France Travail advisor, you can request coverage from FT. You will need to make a request to HEC Paris to obtain a quote via KAIROS.

If there is no coverage from France Travail, you must enroll in training on KAIROS by making a request to HEC Paris in advance.
