Program
This module focuses on performance management and provides managers with an understanding of the evolution of modern control tools (VMRP methods, Balance Scorecard, Activity Based Management, Target Costing) in order to delegate and become more agile and efficient.
A choice of two 2-day specializations, which cover more than ten themes that now play a key role in the success of new corporate strategies: ethics, digital strategy, AI, big data, omni-channel, customer experience, pricing, collective intelligence, change management, talent management...
Business Game: redefining the concept of a business model by role-playing the management of a business strategic unit in an interactive and competitive environment. This game is a strategy and management simulation, which covers all the major challenges facing an international company.

Prerequisites and Admission Criteria
Our certificate is designed for all executives, leaders, and functional or operational managers with at least 5 years of professional experience.

Learning methods & evaluations
Each session focuses primarily on role-playing, simulations, and case studies in sub-groups, to enable participants to share experiences and practices. The third module allows participants to familiarize themselves with the learning benefits of new interactive simulation tools such as "serious games".
