Every company, every organization, regardless of its activity or location, is confronted with the "low-carbon" climate and energy challenges, the risks and opportunities they present, and increasingly precise and binding regulatory obligations. Whether you are directly responsible for shaping your organization's strategy or in a position to contribute significantly, this program will enable you to systematically build a first version of your decarbonization (or "Net Zero") strategy, directing the necessary transformation rather than merely undergoing it.

Participant Profile
Any executive member of a leadership team who must develop or actively participate in the development and implementation of their organization's "Net Zero" strategy: CEO, Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Board member, Director of Sustainability.
Prerequisites and Admission Criteria
Our program is designed for all executives, senior managers, and functional or operational leaders with at least 5 years of professional.

Learning methods & Evaluations
The pedagogy is diverse and alternates between: theory, practical applications, exercises, testimonials, application within one's own company, sharing of best practices, and co-development workshops. Reflection and work on your own company and field of application will be the guiding thread throughout the training. Each participant will have the opportunity to present and discuss their own strategy with the instructors and their peers. Prior to the training, participants will be required to attempt to gather information about their company's current situation with the assistance of a provided list of questions approximately 6 weeks before the start of the training.
