- Establish a financial diagnosis of a company to assess its economic and financial performance, solvency, and growth prospects
- Analyze a company's lower balance sheet accounts to identify leeway in terms of operational axis management
- Evaluate the impact of decisions and operational actions in terms of profitability and risks to establish recommendations on operational management
- Analyze the forecasted profitability of an investment to contribute to project development analysis meetings

Learning methods & Evaluations
Presentations are complemented by application exercises, case studies and simulations. They provide an opportunity for in-depth discussions with facilitators, who are all experienced practitioners. A case study is used to assess the skills acquired at the end of the course.
Online training, tutored remotely, is provided after the program to consolidate what has been learned.
