Kotter's 8 key steps approach: What about each dimension in an increasingly VUCA world?

The contributions of agile approaches to change management: multi-disciplinary teams, short iterations, retrospectives on work and dynamics, MVP and MCV concepts, Lean Change Canvas, Impact-Effort Matrix, etc.

This program can be used to obtain an HEC Paris Executive Education Certificate. Teaching Methods and Assessment Modalities

Each day will be built around pedagogical inputs illustrated by real-life examples. We will also work in sub-groups on the transformation situations experienced by participants in their various projects. In this way, learning is anchored in real-life business situations.
